Relegated to use as a generator after 3 centuries of neglect, the Gundam Barbatos was pressed into service during an attack by the enemy Gjallarhorn in "Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans."

A relic of the Calamity War, the Gundam Barbatos is an incomplete mobile suit. Mikazuki constantly upgrades it with armour and weaponry from defeated mobile suits. Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans, also referred to as G-Tekketsu, is a 2015 Japanese animated television mecha drama series and the fourteenth incarnation to Sunrise's long-running Gundam mecha metaseries.

This HG version can swap weapons and armour parts with other kits in the series, and contains parts to build one of two different versions of the mech. Parts moulded in dark grey, white, dark blue, yellow and red. Foil stickers are included for the markings.
