The Revell 1/144 German Submarine Type IIB (1943) Model Kit from the plastic military model kits range accurately recreates the real life German Submarine. The Type II represents a class of small single-hull submarines of the German Navy. This Type of submarine of was used mainly for coastal Patrol. Six of these submarines were deployed in the black sea between 1942 and 1944. The boats were transported by land to Linz and then down the Danube to the port of Konstanz.
