This is Tamiya's 1/48 scale Bristol Beaufighter Mk VI plastic model. The Bristol Beaufighter Mk VI was a powerful and flexible Royal Air Force fighter bomber used during the Second World War. Equipped with various radars and armament, the Beaufighter successfully filled many different roles. It was used as a night fighter by the Royal Air Force, and for anti-ship attacks by Coastal Command. This model can be assembled in two variants: as Mk. VI night fighter version or Mk. VI Coastal Command version. The model authentically replicates the Bristol Beaufighter Mk. VI with all its features including a short nose, thick wings, and angled horizontal stabilizers, with a detailed engine and cockpit. The fully assembled model is 27cm long.
